Rose and Calla Lily Wedding Cake

My first wedding cake of 2011, incorporating the ruching on the bride's dress, as well as the roses and calla lilies she was carrying.  It looks really small on the stand, but it was a 12" chocolate, 9" Irish cream liqueur and 6" vanilla sponge, weighing a total of around 20 kilos.

The venue, Birtsmorton Court, looked lovely and the weather was better than anyone could hope for in March.
